Players can choose from a dozen different characters, each with a unique style and signature move, while bowling in exotic locations such as Route 66, Spielgasse, Hong Kong Penthouse Palace, Studio 77 and Deep Space Lanes.

The four single-player modes include World Cup, Precision, Duckpins and Practice, and players can accumulate "psyche points" to unleash powerful special moves that increase scores and help unlock new bowling balls and accessories.

Multiple players can compete in pass & play mode, local wireless connection or globally with Nintendo's Wi-Fi connection.
