Shintarō Midorima was the vice-captain and ball shooter of the Generation of Miracles, who now plays for one of the Tokyo Three Kings, Shūtoku High.

Midorima has dark green hair parted to the left that does not reach his eyes.

He has light green eyes with protruding lower lashes, and wears black-rimmed glasses that are framed on all but the top.

He is very tall, being the second tallest in the Generation of Miracles.

He bandages his left hand outside of matches so that nothing can affect his left-hand shot.
