When she finds herself lying on a hard steel floor, the first thing that greets Kohaku is a strange talking sword called the ExeBreaker.

Not knowing where she is or what's going on, she accepts this sardonic sword's offer to join forces, and together they travel deep into the heart of a transformed Cogen City - once Kohaku's home, now a crumbling ruin.

Both mystery and chaos await her, but with the power of ExeBreaker's Ouroboros system on her side, nothing will stop her from uncovering the truth about what happened to her beloved home.
