Railway Simulator

Railway Simulator is a fantastic indie train simulator powered by the Trainz 12 software engine and developed by N3V to provide the ultimate railway experience.

With a huge range of routes as diverse as Debrecen to Nyiredyhaza (Hungary), Wilmington to Philadelphia (USA) and Kings Cross to Newcastle (UK), the world's railways are there for you to explore with a large amount of locomotives, rolling stock and new routes.



Characteristics:

- Experience the online Railway Simulator and operate a working railway line with other Trainz enthusiasts from around the world
- Work as a team to ensure trains are routed to the correct destinations, transport oil, coal, timber and other essential services between interactive industries.
- Assemble consists of triages, pull heavy freight trains between industries and pick up passengers from stations along many varied and exciting routes around the world.
- The free flight camera can now be zoomed seamlessly beyond the traditional view distance of ~300m, up to a distance of ~10km, which previously only the separate map view allowed.



- As part of an overhaul of the sound system, Doppler calculations are now included for added realism.
- New and improved SpeedTree content.
- New locomotives, stocks and high quality cabs.
- New industrial buildings, including a large hydroelectric dam.
