Sheepo

You're Sheepo and it's your first day working on an intergalactic species database. Your first pregnancy? To visit an unknown planet and save all living creatures from extinction.

That might seem like a lot of work for a single day, but fortunately, a day on the planet Cebron lasts 8,000 Earth days. Unfortunately, your salary is based on Cebron days.

Sheepo is a metroidvania, but it doesn't contain any standard combat. Instead, the gameplay is based on platforming and exploration.



With the collection of each creature, Sheepo is able to dig, fly and teleport through a series of interconnected landscapes, discovering hidden sanctuaries, ancient ruins and strange characters.

To capture a creature, Sheepo must find their uncooked egg, which happens to be very well guarded by that species' "queen" (aka, a boss).

With each egg that Sheepo collects, you gain the ability to transform into that creature upon contact and explore deeper areas of the planet's environment.



Characteristics:

- Tight platforming with variety. Play as both Sheepo and the variety of creatures you come into contact with. The gameplay stays fresh as you constantly learn each creature's moves.
- Traverse a vast landscape with tons of hidden rooms and characters. Explore old mines, an abandoned mall, lush forests, dirty sewage system and more.
- 75+ hidden feathers to collect (planet currency), which can be spent at the last remaining shop in DeadMall.
- Non-linear gameplay. As you explore, you discover eggs and get more transformations. Sheepo's world opens up quickly to let you make your own path.
- Meet the locals and discover what is happening to the planet Cebron.
