The Silver Case

1999 - The 24 districts of Tokyo. The city has been plagued by a series of serial murders.

Detectives from the 24 Wards' Heinous Crimes Unit have set their sights on a specific suspect: Kamui Uehara, the legendary serial killer and author of several assassinations of government officials 20 years earlier in the famous "Silver Case."

However, no one knows who - or what - Kamui really is.
