The Thaumaturge

Thaumaturge is a story-rich, isometric RPG with a unique approach to turn-based combat, character development features, and investigation mechanics.

The year is 1905. Warsaw lives under the yoke of the Russian imperial tsar. Its inhabitants are a diverse group, with different ancestries, opinions and beliefs, and often conflicting interests.

Despite the circumstances, the city is a bustling metropolis where one can attend a dazzling party with high society and later be robbed in one of the dark alleys of the Prague quarter.



A thaumaturge carries a gift and a burden at the same time. This parallel also applies to Wiktor Szulski, the titular protagonist of the game, who is brought back to the tumultuous streets of Warsaw.

This mystical heritage significantly shapes Wiktor's life's journey of tracking down otherworldly entities and their hosts.

Because only a thaumaturge can tame these ethereal entities, known to a chosen few as greeters, using their mystical abilities to uncover secrets hidden within the human soul and speak with the Darkness.
