Building the city at the base is easy to learn, but hard to master. Be more than a simple administrator from the town hall. Designation of some parts of your city as a district leads to the application of policies, which makes you reach the mayor status for your own city.


The city changes during day hours and affects the citizens' program. Traffic is visibly slower at night and some zone areas do not work with full efficiency. This expansion will control you on the management of different aspects of day and night cycles.


Build or improve existing maps and structures. You can then import them in the game, distribute them as well as download the creations of other cities in the Steam workshop.
