Waking up to find herself lying on a hard steel floor, the first thing that meets Kohaku's eyes is a strange talking sword called the ExeBreaker.

Unsure of where she is or what's going on, she accepts this sardonic sword's offer to join forces, and together they travel deep into the heart of a transformed Cogen City - once Kohaku's home, now a crumbling ruin.

Both mystery and chaos await her, but with the power of ExeBreaker's Ouroboros system on her side, nothing will stop her from uncovering the truth about what happened to her beloved home.
