Root Letter is a sinister and mysterious feat set in the real world of Japan.Root Letter takes visual novels to the next level with the most lavish production ever seen in the genre!

The game line will feature a number of recurring "actress" characters called Mystery Actresses, who will "play" different roles in each game.

Set in Shimane Prefecture - a place rich in history, culture and natural beauty - vLetter revolves around the mystery of Fumino Aya, your old high school friend who disappeared 15 years ago.

After she receives her final letter 15 years late, confessing to a sinister deed, it's up to you, the player, to unravel the mystery of what happened to her.

Reminiscing through the previous letters from Fumino Aya, you must show the truth along with the testimonies of seven witnesses who know her.
